Lauren Luna is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who provides compassionate, client-centered therapy for teens, young adults, and mothers navigating life’s emotional challenges and transitions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Albion College in 2010 and her Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Texas at Arlington 2014.

Lauren is passionate about supporting clients struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, anger, oppositional behaviors, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. She also has a special interest in working with parents of neurodivergent children, as well as first responders and their spouses, offering understanding and support rooted in both professional training and personal experience.

Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Lauren incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, and Art Therapy into her work, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and strengths.

As the spouse of a first responder, mother of a neurodivergent child, and someone with lived experience managing anxiety, depression, and OCD, Lauren brings both professional expertise and genuine empathy into the therapy space. She is dedicated to helping clients build resilience, confidence, and meaningful emotional growth in a safe and supportive environment.
