
Brooke Polakowski, LMSW
Brooke is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides individual therapy for children, teens, and adults in the Macomb, MI area. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Saginaw Valley State University, with a minor in Youth Services, and has experience in both school-based mental health and clinical counseling settings.

Brooke works with clients facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. Her areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, ADHD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), low self-esteem, trauma, school-related challenges, and family transitions such as divorce or relocation.

With a warm, collaborative approach, Brooke focuses on helping each client gain the tools they need to overcome obstacles, build confidence, and reach their personal goals. She believes in tailoring each therapeutic experience to the individual, offering personalized, strengths-based treatment that supports long-term growth and emotional wellness.
Brooke is passionate about empowering her clients—whether they are navigating childhood, adolescence, or adulthood—to become more resilient, self-aware, and fulfilled in their everyday lives.
